  • My family and I have been members at this gym for over a year now. I love the group fitness classes and most of their instructors are pretty great. The reason for giving 3 stars and not 5 is because I had two really bad experiences at the lifetime spa. The receptionist was unqualified to simply add two numbers or answer simple questions. The lady who did my hair gave me one quote when I went for a consultation and then added another $90 on my bill not to mention she completely burned my hair!!! I have been to many salons and no one has ever damaged my hair like this before. I also requested that the manager contact me and never heard from them :/ The gym and facilities are great but I was extremely disappointed with the salon and lack of customer service.
