  • I purposefully avoid this location after terrible service. I asked if they had the capacity for a rush order print service of about 25 booklets, bound, which I know takes some effort. They assured me they had the staff to complete the project by the time I needed to leave to be at the luncheon with required said booklets. The time arrives, not a moment sooner, and they hand me my booklets, $600+ later. I get to my location when my phone rings. The lady explains I left with less than half the booklets. I didn't check before leaving, definitely my fault, but frustrating nonetheless. Upon getting all the way back to the store, they weren't even rushing with an "all hands on deck" approach; more like "oh, that's right, she's back, we should finish hers." If the project wasn't feasible, don't ensure completion by the requested deadline. You're in Scottsdale; expect business folks needing high-quality service like myself to be disappointed with experiences like this one.
