| - I had purchased a coupon for a cleaning for $145, I spoke to a lady last week when I was scheduling my appointment letting her know it was expiring, she said " no problem, we'll still honor it" when I bring my dog in today they told me that they will NOT honor my coupon and the girl I spoke to is out of the country and cannot be reached. They even called the owner Dr. Sabharwal, and he wouldn't honor it either. Said I would have to pay the full price of $300.
It was YOUR employee that SAID your business would honor my expired coupon. And now a week later you tell me sorry, there is nothing you can do? I asked for a reason to make sure it was okay, it wasn't expired when I called I would of gone last week if they were not going to honor it. I would never take my pets there. Before this happened when you walk in they don't even greet your pet, and all they kept asking about is my coupon number , and I faxed my pets records to them last week, and they lost it. Unorganized and no communication between the employees. Two thumbs down, and they should know better , and the best advertisement is word of mouth.
