  • I live near this Ulta so its so convenient for me to just drive down the street. This past time I went though I was not too pleased. I was looking for my shade of make up from bare minerals & the sales rep assisted me but once I told her what I was looking for she looked at me as if I was crazy "because they didnt have it in original but only in matte". I mean I know the color I use & I know its in both original & matte so I know they sell it! I'm not stupid. She gave me the matte one "just in case I wanted it" i was looking for the original shade so clearly I wasn't going to take it. I told her I didn't need that one & she took it right out of my hands,threw it back in one of the drawers & walked away. I get everything i needed & go to check out....the cashier was the most careless rep EVER! She didn't even look at me in the eye & she was very short & dry. Left a very bad impression.
