  • After the rude SAs in Gucci Forum Shops, we hightailed it to Crystals, what a breath of fresh air!!!! They were courteous and very helpful. Needless to say, I will never bring any business to the Forum Shops. Too bad, i do like that mall and it would've been very convenient. A shout-out to Arvin, our SA, who delivered exceptional customer service!
