  • This is in response to Maria's comment about Lama! First of all when someone quotes you a price about a year ago and your hair is a certain length and it's gotten much longer since then of course the price is going to change since it's a lot more work on the stylist! Secondly yes she does take a while on your hair because she's very precise and wants to make sure her customers are happy unlike most salons that treat you like a fast food place and want to get you out of there ASAP so they can get as many clients in as they can because it's all about the money! I've been using Lama for about a year now and I absolutely love her. She never has an attitude and is ALWAYS willing to please her clients so obviously you have the attitude and the problem. I think it's best that she doesn't have to deal with a needy rude client like you!
