  • Stay away from here if your a medical patient, or handicapped in any way! The assistant manager, a self proclaimed former DRUG addict of 25 YEARS, stole my $100 cash room deposit because the room smelled of unsmoked medical marijuana! That is the equivalent of having stinky bowel movements...the odor dissapates fairly quickly and leaves no damage, unlike smoking. THE ROOM WAS NOT SMOKED IN, I KEEP MY MEDICAL MARIJUANA ON MY PERSON AS REQUIRED BY LAW. The second excuse given, before alex telling me to go fuck myself, was that I'd moved furniture! Yes, I did move the two pathetic "queen" beds together to have something comfortable to sleep on. Yes I did notice the filth behind and underneath all the furniture id moved...I should be thanked for exposing the months of trash and food debris that will eventually lead to bed bugs and roaches. James, I'd appreciate a full refund and an apology, this is the second time in 3 years this has happened at this property with, ALEX, the same employee! This is the last time I or any co-worker will ever stay here. COMFORT INN IN 89014 HENDERSON APPRECIATES CUSTOMERS AND CITY WORKERS AND CLEANS THE CARPETS FULLY! Seriously the alex, the one that staff says is an asshole and fat, the one I'd said should go and start a diet instead of preach his beliefs at me...who told me to go fuck myself NEEDS TO BE FIRED, REGARDLESS OF HIS FAMILY TIES OR WHATEVER MANAGEMENTS EXCUSES ARE.
