  • The reviews do not lie. Vegas is a must with Rollin' Smoke. We decided to get bbq on our way back home and it really made our trip back home a lot more bearable. The cashier suspected we were knew and handed us cups of waters and menus and told us to take our time reviewing the menu. There were a lot of open seats so we grabbed a picnic bench and pored over the menu. We settled on the plate with 2 bbq choices and a meatloaf. Good thing we were hungry--the portion sizes are huge. The meatloaf was the best I ever had. With the crunchy onion and the mashed potatoes, it was heavenly. The ribs were fall of the bone delicious. The brisket was none like I've had before. Their sauces are to die for. My favorite is the vinegar sauce--pure amazingness. Aside from pesky flies that were bothering me the entire meal, this was a solid experience. I can't wait to be back. Thank you for showing me what real bbq is about!
