  • Apparently arcade bars now come with dress codes & unbeknown to me, there's a huge difference between flip flops & athletic sandals. It gets to be 115+ degrees in Phoenix during the summer, & my fiancĂ© was denied entry because he was wearing "athletic sandals" as opposed to flip flops. It was the most absurd ridiculous load of crap I've ever heard. Gringo Star Street Bar... They don't allow you to play skee ball in athletic sandals, but flip flops are okay. LOL! We had 6 friends inside waiting for us, but they all left when they found out we couldn't come inside.
