  • So far I've seen JLo and Backstreet Boys here and had an awesome experience at both shows. Both times I had to use the will call services and never had any issues. Staff, security and the ushers are all pleasant and prepared to do their jobs. The theatre is located inside the Miracle Mile Shops of Planet Hollywood. The auditorium can seat up to 4,600 guests, however you have a great view from any spot. The lighting and special effects are on point and really enhance the experience. It's an awesome feeling to see sold out shows for these residency artists. Can't wait to come back for more shows! Or when Backstreet Boys comes back next year :)
