  • I have been going to Arena for years the food has always been great as the service. On my last visit 05/20 I was so hungry and couldn't wait to eat some wings. I was greater by a blonde waitress and I took a seat. I literally sat there for 20+ minutes and this girl walked past me like I was invisible. I was so hungry I became light headed and had to leave. It has to be pretty bad for me to leave hungry. I went to 4 peaks and was promptly greated and seated. Waitress immediately greated me and took my order. That's the service I used to get at Arena. Edit*** Manager reached out offered gift card and apologized. I never returned for gift card but will go back and hope for great service again.
