  • I needed a water heater replaced under warranty(that means the water heater is free) and all I needed was to have it installed. Hawthorne wanted to charge me $600 to install a free water heater. After asking for them to match one of there competitors prices they told me they could not that they were already giving me a break. So, I told them thanks for coming out. I did have the job done one hour later by that competitor who charged $150 less for the exact same job. The reason I am giving two stars is because the service tech. was on time and very nice.
