  • Ramen Dozo is a new Japanese restaurant featuring ramen, sushi, and other Japanese fare. I've had the agedashi tofu, geso karaage, soft shell crab tempura, chirashi bowl, and tonkotsu chashu ramen. The geso karaage (calamari with mustard mayo) was particularly good. The ramen was flavorful without being too salty. The fish for the chirashi were good cuts. The restaurant has a welcoming contemporary feel.
