  • I went in for a mani and pedicure. The girl told me she does not do nails usually but will do her best... the "vegan" nail polish they used (saying it is just as good as gel polish) did not even last a week. My nails looked awful, filing was bad and she didn't trim my cuticles. When i called to get my nails fixed or my money back, the manager wasn't available . I went in a few days after but the manager was still unavailable . Called two more times that week being told the manager was not there but that she would call me. The woman at the front desk even knew my name because I had talked to her so many times . Well the manager never called me so I decided this would be the best way to get my point across. Terrible customer service, will never recommend or go in there again.
