  • Normally I absolutely DREAD going to this store. The sales people are so terribly pushy....I feel like having a sign hanging around my neck saying "YES, I HAVE BEEN HELPED ALREADY". It's literally nauseating, so much so that I purposely get on a phone call to walk through the store. Fast forward to yesterday, I went to the store to try to find a recliner to match a new couch we have. I was in the store literally 15+ minutes, and NOT ONE sales person walked up to me, NOT ONE sales person greeted me, and only one time for a split second did a sales person even glance my direction - and she kept walking a different direction. There were 2 other sales people 'yelling' to each other across the store, seemingly discussing how to rearrange the furniture in a corner. I walked right by them, twice, and no acknowledgement whatsoever. The store was nearly empty of customers...you would think they'd be happy to help me, but no. I even stood at the catalogues in the back of the store flipping through them to see what else they had that I might like, and nothing. Zilch. Not one person ever walked up to me. I walked out.
