  • Be very careful signing up with this paper. It used to be good but now has gone downhill. I paid for a year subscription through groupon. Then when it expired I called to cancel as their prices were very high. Two months later told that I hadn't cancelled and that I now owe them two months which is more than the subscription price. They hadn't delivered the paper for those weeks but said that I had online access so still charged me. No idea of customer service when I called, just wanted their money. This place is a fraud. Wouldn't let me send a check either so I won't be surprised if they keep charging me now when I've called to cancel twice.
