  • BUYER BEWARE. They operate with absolutely no integrity and actually create a frenzied environment to distract you into overlooking what you are signing as it is not what was agreed to. Perhaps they are simply that good. The alarm I did not want and was assured was not part of the deal, its there. The Ford Protection Plan I requested (I have it on all my Ford vehicles) was actually provided by some poorly reviewed 3rd party. Ford reached out to me directly offering me the plan I thought I already owned. I will be cancelling this policy at a loss. Sadly I have to go back to this den of thieves to process the cancellation and obtain my refund. My vehicle, took it home on a Monday, back in the shop for a full week the following Friday due to bad sensors. (Friday was the earliest appointment I could get) My loaner, not even close to the level of vehicle I had purchased. And a return phone call once the sale is complete... not a one. Do yourself a favor and go someplace that understands building a relationship with a customer and the long term dividends it will provide. This place is one and done and they take you for all they can. Looking to add a 2018 Mustang to my stable, won't be from Rodeo Ford or any Earnhardt dealership, just too much BULL!
