  • Update: they admit kids during special hours now. Call ahead! 21 and up private bar (no kids admitted) with a bunch of classic games. I stopped by on a Friday evening and the place was packed! A bunch of favorites like Asteroids, a 3 player Outrun, and a personal favorite you don't see often - Ikari Warriors. Cool couch area too with a TV and old school console that was super popular. Bar delivered quick service with $5 and up beers on draft and in chilled cans. A limited selection but a couple good ones like Allagash White on tap, and in the fridge... Tallboy PBRs, baby. Parking was a touch sketchy in a full partially dirt lot that was a blast to get in and out with a low vehicle! A little sketchy out front too with people hanging over the entrance and exit smoking a variety of...interesting things. But hey this is a BARCADE right? Overall: Love to see these guys advance and grow into bigger and better locations, gear and bar offerings over time. Pretty cool place. One extra star since it's the first of its kind in Charlotte! Comparing to the best in Raleigh and Asheville I'd have to bump it down a star.
