  • WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Do not do business here. They moved my family's stuff from the west coast to east coast, they were decent until they got our business. Then it all went downhill. 1. They never return phone calls or emails. 2. When we finally did get through to the one customer service rep it seems like they have working, she was so rude over the phone (I'm talking using profanity and yelling at some points) that she'd put her mother to shame, she was so unhelpful they might as well continue ignoring our calls. 3. They kept changing the original price we signed a contract for. 4. They had two movers at the beginning, and one at the other end (bc one of their workers didn't show up) and refused to use the stairs which they had said they prefer to do and said he was going to use the elevator and then try to charge us more for using it. 5. We had a bunch of crushed boxes and broken glasses. 6. Last but not least would not give us a legible receipt, which was much needed since we were moving across country for a new job. Pay the extra for better movers, and make sure to read the reviews... Good day.
