  • Interesting! I placed a mobile order (with points = $0.00) while sitting in the store, saving a table, and figured to approach the register to ask about it after the line disappeared. But I didn't have to! My name was called and I picked it up from the server. What I don't get is... what if I was in the drive thru waiting? How did they know I was physically present in the store? Hmmm.
