  • What a bummer! Going to Vegas in a few weeks and was hoping to stay at the Stratosphere again. I've reached out to them multiple times over the last few days to get some questions answered and have had NO RESPONSE. I stayed here a long time ago and enjoyed it, but if their customer service is this poor before booking a room, I cant imagine what it will be like after.
