  • I was noticing that my 2012 Kia Soul started idling roughly, and after reading some message boards, decided it might need a tune up. I searched out the reviews and found Rory's was highly rated and close to work. After explaining the problem, they said they would like to diagnose it first before performing any work. They called me a couple hours after I turned it in and said they did not see anything apparently wrong, and that it did not need a tune up. They explained to me what might be causing it and that I could go to the dealership to see if the engine computer needed a software update. Not only were they completely honest about the engine, they did not even charge me for the diagnosis! I am so incredibly pleased with my experience that in the future, I will not take my vehicles anywhere else.
