  • I was so excited to see that a Chicken Salad Chick in now open in Concord. They have them in my hometown and in Uptown Charlotte. I never wanted to go uptown to deal with traffic. The staff was so sweet and friendly. Especially Joey. He is a sweetheart. As for the food, I have tried all of the chicken salads and today I got my favorite the Fancy Nancy on wheat.
