  • Reserved a car through Orbitz and there wasn't anybody working the counter. A few of us waited for a while but no one showed up. Firefly shares a counter with Thrifty so the person working for Thrifty called us over and offered to match the rates on our reservations. I didn't have much of a choice and ended up getting a smaller car from Thrifty for higher price. I thought they were all one company owned by Hertz. Oh well.
