  • Bent my girlfriend's Iphone 6 and proceeded to hard sell a new phone... My girlfriend came in for an Apple Battery Replacement. Geek Squad proceeded to take the phone back out of sight for an inordinate amount of time before returning with a freshly bend Iphone. Suddenly they could no longer replace the battery or do any repairs on the old phone. It was pretty darn obvious that they bent her phone and had a habit of pushing the new phone upsell... Really sucks that they stoop this low... Not much more to say. Don't Trust Geek Squad with your Phone. Period.
