  • This review is based on upper level seats. Cleanliness - 4 Parking - 5. Never have I had this great of a parking situation. Both garages very close and easy to get to off of Frank Sinatra Blvd. Comfort - 3. Seats on upper level feel very cheap. I'm a big guy and when I lean back I feel like they will break. Concessions - 2. Nothing great on upper level. Have to go down stairs to get any decent food. Price is higher than typical stadiums. $12 for a beer?!?! Structure - 1. Great to look at from the outside but kind of boring inside. Also, escalator was down going to upper level and it had to be at least a 5 story climb. Tons of cracks already throughout the arena. Settling happened very quick. Staff - 4. Friendly. Not very knowledgeable. While I do understand that the PAC 12 is running the show, I would have hoped that the PAC 12 and the t mobile arena staff would have gotten together to help the staff out with where to find roster cards and different event items. Overall I like it.
