  • Horribly slow. I used to come here several times a week, but the last time I was there it took an HOUR - yes a full hour - to get my drink. It's a given that the line is going to be long, but every time I've visited it never took longer than 30 minutes. It was ridiculously slow because the employees all seemed to be new and a little clueless. There were over 20 cups filled with toppings behind the counter and 1 person trying to make all the drinks. I don't recommend this location at all. If you're looking for bubble tea in the area just go to chatime - or for that matter any other place.
