  • Bliss Travel and Dominique are hands down the best service i have received from a travel agent/agency. We were a group of 30 people from 6 different states with kids between 2-14 years and various dietary restrictions. We had multiple discussions/questions for her and she answered each and everyone of them patiently and with attention to details. Dominique understood the unique needs of the group and recommended a great Cancun resort for our family-friendly reunion. She negotiated the hotel rates at a far better price than we were getting from any of the travel websites or the hotel directly. We used her services to also arrange the transportation service from the airport to hotel and back. We had a little snafu with the cab service for one of the families, but as soon as we notified Dominique she addressed it quickly. We were even welcomed in the room with a bottle of Sparkling wine - complements of her travel agency. She checked in with us at least a couple of times during out stay with tips and also to ensure that we were enjoying the resort and our vacation Dominique personally visits the resorts she recommends and her planning is immaculate. She took out all the stress of vacation planning allowing us to have a truly wonderful time and not worry about the logistics. if you are unsure about travel agents or need help planning a vacation, call her - you will not be disappointed!
