rev:text	This review is based how much this shop lacks professionalism and good costermer service. I got a hand tattoo by Jacqueline about a year ago (that's a different review on its own) so I thought I would make an appointment with her to get it touched up and get work done by her. I made an appointment online, few days went by so I called the shop to see what's going on. I don't remember his name but, the front desk guy told me they hired a new person who does the online appointments and told me to wait a few days. A few days went by and I called, again. This time I spoke to a girl who told me they didn't hire anyone new (the guy who I spoke to lied to me) and they would get back to me asap. A week after that, I was in vegas and heard nothing. I suggest if you're looking for honest people who deserve you're hard earn money, go somewhere else in vegas
