  • I really love this Verizon store. The wait times are usually pretty high, hence the 4 stars instead of 5 and some of their female employees are quite rude, but all the guys are really awesome and helpful. I had a really great experience today swapping out my broken phone charger for a new one. Two of their male employees were joking with each other and me while I had to wait, I feel like they made the wait time not that bad and made the whole experience fun and stress-free. I got my charger replaced with no problem and really felt appreciated as a customer. Keep up the good work!!
