  • First try recently. Went great! Signed up for 1 year. This isn't "luxuriating" for me -- I need this for medical reasons. But got a chilly response when I chose not to leave the "optional" gratuity. They make a big deal out of the savings you get from having a membership and their membership pricing is pretty clear and simple. If they secretly want more money than their membership pricing, then they should raise their prices. I don't think of this like going to a hair salon and giving a tip. I think of it like going to physical therapy. I don't tip my physical therapist.
