  • There MUST be a placed to make this review NEGATIVE!!! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star.. A couple of months back my family and I went to Roxanne's to find a wedding dress for my sister. Upon entering it had been a special day for most girls because they were able to have a fitting with David Tutera by there side! My sister was excited and wanted to pick out the perfect dress for her. She had requested a dress from David's trunk show that caught her eye. After asking Lola where this dress was.. Lola replied to her saying "we don't have this dress".. Well, they did! After picking out another dress and purchasing it, we saw a picture of the actual dress we had wanted to see on another girl in the store the EXACT same day we were there! Thank you Arizona Foothills Magazine for posting that picture! After contacting the store and letting Lola know that we wanted the dress that was on one of the other girls at the same fitting.. Mind you, we were told that they didn't have it!! Lola was rude, disrespect, unprofessional and now untrustworthy. As a business owner you should want to represent your store to the fullest extent by working with your customer. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to find a dress for there special day.. You will end up with more headaches that you would ever imagine. If I could go back and do it all over again we definitely would!!
