  • I called Brasil Travel many times to speak to Maria, the agency owner, about a refund I was expecting from Air Canada. Each time I called the phone was answered by another woman who took my name and number, and said that Maria would call me back...she never did. It's been three months now and I am still chasing this woman for news about the refund.
