  • Poor customer service. Shopped for tires on website, seemed like a pretty good deal. Scheduled an appointment 3 days later. When I arrived, they had no record of appointment nor did they have the tires I wanted in stock. Despite showing them Conrad's confirming email. After a half hearted attempt to accommodate me, I decided to take my business elsewhere
