WONDERFUL STAFF AND SERVICES!!!
We had been looking to purchase a sofa set for some time. We had seen a sofa at Furniture Row that we liked, but was not sure it was going to work in our home. We finally decided to take a chance and purchase it after we were assured by the sales person and manager that we could return it within 3 days if it did not work in our home.
We worked with manager Josh Frederick to complete the sales and payment process. Josh was very professional and courteous as he explained the purchase and potential return process.
The Sofa set was delivered to our home on Saturday, February 10. The delivery men Brosnan, and Kadeem did an excellent job delivering the sofa and setting it up. These guys were meticulous and very professional.
And just as we initially thought the sofa set did not work for the room in our home that it was to go in. We contacted Josh several hours after the sofa had been delivered that Saturday and told him that we were not sure we would keep the sofa. We decided that we would wait another day or so to see if we could make this work. Josh said that would be okay and made notes in their system for me to follow-up with another manager, Michael Kistler (since he would be off on that Monday) in the event we planned to return it.
We contacted Michael on Monday to let him know of our decision to return the sofa, and Michael put through the order for pick up.
We really appreciate the professionalism and class act of the folks that we dealt with at Furniture Row. We will definitely return to make a purchase at Furniture Row.
