I have to say this is one of my favorite restaurants for reasons including, but not limited to the food, ambiance and happy hour! The restaurant nearly became tainted 3 months ago when I had a bad dating experience there, I realize Cafe Boa didn't make him a self centered negative person, so I quickly deleted the memories of the painful dinner on the vine-covered patio of Boa!
I am a connoisseur of caprese and they have it right and even show off with 2 types of mozzarella and beefy (for a veggie) heirloom tomatoes! LOVE IT! They make amazing fresh pastas (according to Jay W daily from scratch which is impressive!) and risotto with roasted squash and pomegranate seeds--amazing and imaginative. Oh and the gnocchi is top notch too.
Actually I think I will stop typing and go there right now!
