  • Sin City smokers has some of the Beef Brisket I've ever had. I also a side of Mac N Cheese which was amazing. The Brisket is smoked perfectly and seasoned just right. Also tried two different sauces both of which are good. One was spicy and the other was sweet. Either one is a good pick. The staff was extremely polite, and the restaurant was clean. I will defiantly be returning back to try other menu items.
