  • Had a wonderful experience with ideal. I had another company come out (through my warranty) and price ridiculous rates. My water heater had gone and I had a brand new one in my garage. All they needed to do was install it. Other companies still wanted to charge me an arm and a leg just for that. Ideal's prices were reasonable and it was done correctly and efficiently. I called at 11am, and they gave me a window of 2-6pm. Around noon they called and said the plumber was done early and could be there early. 20 minutes later he was at my house and the job was done even before the original time frame. The only reason they don't get five stars is because they scratched my brand new flooring. But I would still recommend and use them again.
