  • We lived here from march 2016-October of 2016. We had to leave because we found 8 scorpions in a matter of 4 months living there. I had a newborn so there was no way we could have stayed. The manager did help a lot and was able to get us out of our lease and we did get our deposit back but the office lady up front was very unprofessional, rude, and snarky. If you don't mind scorpions go for it because it is beautiful and spacious but for us was not worth the life threatening of our newborn. Also my neighbor who had an 8 month old at the time had been stung 3 or 4 different times in her bathroom!!! That is insane! We were never stung but we had to buy a black light to check our apartment every night to ensure that we were safe! I would simply stay away if you fear scorpions! But I also know not all buildings had this problem! We were the building to the right of the main leasing office.
