  • Absolutely awesome job! Checked their schedule online around 11am and they had an appointment available at 1:10 that same day (compare that with the genius bar which wasn't available for 3 days). Isaiah sent a text at 12 saying he would be able to show up at 12:30 since he was running ahead of schedule. Arrived right at 12:30, introduced himself, checked out my cracked screen, and also noticed that I had some debris stuck in the charge port. Only took him about 20 minutes to fix the screen, cleaned out the debris at no charge, screen looks great and it costs less than going to the genius bar at apple... best of all, they come to wherever you are! Hope I never have to use them again, but they will be first person to call if I do!
