  • Customer service at this location is particularly bad, even given the usual standard of service expected when dealing with cell phone companies. The manager, Juan, is polite. Customer service representative Kathleen is unpleasant and unprofessional, and casts the company in a bad light. Given the treatment of customers, I'd just as soon low-crawl through a pack of rabid dogs while wearing milkbone-flavored underwear than deal with this location again.
