  • I have been to Vegas many times, and rented from many rental car companies, however, this is my first and last experience with budget. The line was long, the customer service horrible. I watched as many of the people spent over 30 minutes at the counter. When I finally got to the counter, the total rate was higher than I had already had on my paperwork. The reason given was that was what the computer had given me so what I had was not accurate. The car had the most scratches on it of any car that I have rented. I am a travel agent and now that I know about the service with budget, I will never send my clients here or book them a car from this company. Bottom line: stay away!!!!
