  • The WORST Coach store I've ever been to! I was never be able to buy anything at this location except for gift cards. Every time I come there to buy something that I found on Coach.com, they do not have it. My last week's customer service experience finalized my decision to NEVER come back to this store no matter what. I came in with a purse that I've recently purchased and it unfortunately turned out to be defective (I have many Coach items and I know how good the quality usually is). First of all when I walked into the store, the associate saw that I have Coach shopping bag in my hand and decided not to approach me. Other associated was with other clients and had to ask the first one to approach me (OUCH MOMENT # 1). When the associated approached me she did not smile and asked how she can help. I explained my problem, showed her my purse and asked what she can do for me. She said that she cannot do anything for me (OUCH MOMENT # 2) but to charge me $20 for shipping and handling and send my purse to Coach head office where it may be fixed, exchanged or may be just returned to me in the same condition (OUCH MOMENT # 3). I thanked the associate and left. I would never come back to this Coach location and would make a complaint to Coach customer service. **** The problem was rectified at Coach store in Yorkdale Mall - purse was exchanged.
