  • Worst Best Buy ever. I tried to get them to replace a screen protector that they screwed up twice and they said because there's an air bubble in the same spot the phone must be dented. However, the phone is not dented. It Just shows how incompetent they are at geek squad. Now because of this bad experience, I will never be shopping at Best Buy again and anytime I need a new electronic I'll just go to Apple.
