If all other bookstores are Earth, B&N is Jupiter.
A few weeks ago, I could be found here on a Saturday night swallowed by one of their large leather couches with my face in the latest issue of Classic Rock Magazine. In this vast store, which we didn't even see all of, Kay and I killed time while waiting to see the Avengers at the nearby theater (already reviewed). Not being hungry, I didn't bother with the cafe, but Lord almighty does B&N have a colossal selection! A cliched as this sounds, one could waste an entire day here without buying a single thing, but with the internet on a rampage, will B&N fall along with all the independent booksellers? I'm conflicted because while I'd rather frequent a non-chain bookstore. Could there ever be one as exhaustive as a B&N superstore?
