  • I love their snow ice here. The food here is great but the service is terrible. The servers get your order wrong and someone who sat down and ordered the same thing as you 10-15 mins after will get their food first. I don't know how they prioritize, but it's not that great. You have to ask the server several times to get something like extra tissue or the hill or a take out box. They often times run out of things like tapioca (at a bubble tea place ? In the middle of the afternoon????) or green tea snow ice... They need to be more organized but the food and drinks are great. The noodles and crispy chicken could use more flavour it's a little bland.
