  • It takes a lot for me to take the time to review a business but I am compelled due to the horrendous experience I had at Enjoi Nails and Spa. All I can say is avoid this place!! Its all about baiting and switching. They get you in with advertised deals and then they start adding on additional cost on things that you would normally get free of charge from the many nail salons out there. The spa experience should be one of relaxation and time to de-stress, but at every curve , they are asking you if you want extra this or that ..which of course comes with a price!! The quality of their work is average. I questioned them about a charge and they went off on me. Their voices were raised and customers were all staring at me. Who taught these people about customer service? Bottom line is...take your business elsewhere...trust me! There are enough nail salons who would love to have your business.
