The first couple months of using R&R lawn care, things were going great. He came out and gave us a quote which was very reasonable. He told us he recommends just texting him when we needed service and he would put us on the schedule. After things were going so smooth, we reached out to schedule him to come out and he missed the appt. but came the following week which was totally fine. However, on May 2 I texted him to get us on the schedule and got no reply. I sent another text message, send a yelp message, sent an email, and called and left a voice message. I finally received a text message on May 11 at 8:30pm at night stating "Hello- my apologies but we don't have any more room at this moment for any more clients to take on" which had me confused cause he has been doing our yard for a few months now and we are not new clients but current clients. My husband was very happy with them and thought Ramiro was very knowledgable; however, we felt like he took advantage of us and just used us to fill space until he found some high paying jobs and then tossed us to the side. Now I am trying to find us a new company to maintain the yard. Very disappointed in Ramiro lack of communication.
