  • I'm not sure where the negative reviews about the rooms and service are coming from...so far, took about 5 minutes to check in. Guy at the desk was really polite. I like the fact that there is security at the elevator. The room is spotless and everything looks brand new. Very tastefully decorated. Bed is awesome. The only reason it's getting a 4 instead of a 5. Is the smoke...ugh. It's bad. Was here 5 minutes and my eyes and throat were on fire. Fortunately, the room is a no smoking room and doesn't smell at all. I would have liked to have a view of the trees and waterfall but ended up with a view of the strip...which is nice now that it's all lit up. So far so good. We are here for a family reunion and we dont gamble so the smoke issue so be minimal.
