Not sure if tonight was just an off night or if this place just sucks, it was my first time in. As soon as we walked in, the cashier let us know that they could only take debit cards, the credit card machine was not working. My wife and I grabbed a couple sample cups but both the yogurts I tried to sample were not working. The cashier came over while on the phone and said something about the machines making noise and walked away. To be fair I think he was on the phone trying to get some help fixing the credit card and yogurt machines. The third sample I tried to get wasn't working either, at which point I gave up. My wife was able to get a couple ounces of Vanilla, which for whatever reason took what I would guess was 1-2 minutes to slowly squeeze out of the machine. I don't know if you have ever stood in front of a frozen yogurt machine for 1-2 minutes, but it feels like an eternity. We got to the counter to pay and was told that the scale was not working correctly. (Why would it be?). The employee was the best thing about this place, at least if the owners are failing at proving the one product they serve, they are doing something right in the hiring department.
